The function is the highest thing you will value when the sun goes down.

I've seen so many chase unhealthy one sided goals for their body, end up on my table trying to get their body to work in harmony again!

"I know how to eat healthy, I just have a hard time doing it consistently"

At Beometry, we've heard this more than once!

And people say it like it's just a small thing.

Like, "oh well, I just will never be consistent and forever disappoint myself...No big deal."

But it IS a big deal!

It doesn't matter how much information you have. If you don't execute on it, you get nowhere.

Getting nowhere when you feel like you KNOW WHAT TO DO, feels - I think - worse than not knowing. Makes you feel like nothing will ever work...

And to add to this...

People say "My problem is I need to be more consistent", but then they look for a solution that isn't about consistency.

Let me say that again.

People will look for a solution that has nothing to do with consistency!

An intense diet, for example.
I know a girl who found out she is borderline diabetic. She eats lots of sugar and decided she needs to start a KETO diet.

Guess what?

That diet leaves her fatigued, and wanting to binge on sugary things.

And she struggles to keep it up consistently because a whole food group (carbs) is off-limits.

That's pretty extreme.

What about just lowering the sugar intake?

What about just making some small healthy changes over time that add up to lasting results?
The key to remember here is that sometimes we think we know, but if our actions don't align with that knowledge, the truth is we don't really know!
